Squid

Our squid is the freshest they come – freshly caught and cleaned. It has a firm texture and a lovely creamy coloured flesh. It is best cooked quickly, like flash fried with a bit of flour, salt and pepper. Try it seared on the barbecue or fried in a light tempura batter.

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
