Our Scottish Hand Dived Scallops come in handy packs of 6 and are ready for you to use with their distincite orange roe intact. Delicious with chorizo or garlic, chilli, and butter, our scallops are beautifully sweet and tender. Perfect as a starter or on some sourdough as a glorious side.

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
