Sand Sole is a delicious flat fish species with a mild flavour and delicate texture. It is a popular choice for a variety of dishes due to its mild taste and firm flakes. It is similar to Dover Sole in both appearance and taste, and can be pan fried, baked or grilled. 

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
