Salmon Portion

A delicious source of fat and protein, salmon is a staple in many a pescatarian's diet. Incredibly versatile; Salmon can be baked, fried or even used in fishcakes or flaked into a quiche. Salmon is filled with omega 3 fatty acid and is a delicious pre portioned treat. 

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
