Lemon Sole

As a lovely cost effective alternative to Dover Sole, the Lemon Sole is a delicate white fleshed fish.

 

Traditionally a little smaller than it's big brother the Dover Sole, Lemon Sole is a great and easy staple, simply cook in olive oil or a knob of butter in the frying pan or under the grill

 

 

 

 

  • Storage and Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.

    Do not re-freeze the fish after defrosting.
