As common as Grey Mullet is across the world, there is nothing common about its uniquely earthy, almost nutty flavour, or the traditional use of its highly prized roe for that matter. A well-known use of its roe is as a key ingredient of the classic Greek mezze dish taramasalata and its delicious meaty flesh is sure to be a showstopping centrepiece for any meal.

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
