Dover Sole

Dover Sole are one of our favourites, caught locally in Wales and prepared as per your request. We prepare the fish by skinning and trimming so that it's ready to cook, or we can fillet your fish if you'd prefer. This fish has a firm texture,  and a delicious sweet meaty taste. 

 

Serves one as a main, or two as a starter. 

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.

    Do not re-freeze the fish after defrosting.
