A great source of lean protein and vitamin B, cod is low in calories and incredibly versatile. It is a very mild and delicate fish, known for the classic fish & chip supper and so much more! Pan fry or roast for an easy and delicious midweek treat. A true classic, pre portioned and incredibly convenient.

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
