Not as popular or well known as Turbot, but Brill is usually great value for money and many prefer it for its sweet, delicate flavour.

 

Our fresh Whole Brill are hand prepared by us and supplied pan or oven ready direct to you from our boats. Simply place the whole 700g -1kg fresh Brill into a large roasting pan, splash with olive oil and roast in the oven for around 20-30 mins (see our recipe section for more detail). This whole roast Brill fish is ideal to share and makes a great family weekend roast. 

  • Storage & Preparation

    Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.

    Pop into your fridge and cover with ice if you can.

    To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery - consume within 2 months.

    TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
